Improved Coping and Resilience: The curriculum will offer strategies to build resilience, enabling adults to handle the ongoing challenges of supporting a sibling with FASD. This resilience will help them manage their caregiving role more effectively, ensuring they can continue to provide support without compromising their own well-being.
-
Comprehensive Support System: By participating in this program, adults will develop a stronger support network, both within their family and in the broader community. This network will be a vital resource, providing emotional support, practical advice, and shared experiences, helping them navigate the complexities of their sibling’s condition with greater confidence and ease.
