​Built for those who guide others—formally or informally. This institute cultivates the practice of spaceholding, trauma-informed leadership, and facilitation rooted in embodiment, relational trust, and deep listening.

At Mirror Academy, we don’t teach for the sake of teaching.
We teach to shift something. To interrupt something. To build something.
We teach because there’s work to do—and we believe learning should equip people to do it.
Our philosophy is ontological, mindful, and ecological—meaning we engage the whole self, in real relationship with others, the world, and the systems we live in. This is learning that starts with being, makes space for noticing, and moves us toward change.
We serve all ages and all kinds of learners by doing what traditional systems won’t:
