Meet Brianna Miller

Brianna Miller is a nonprofit strategist, certified coach, and transformational partner to leaders navigating complexity, change, and growth. With over 25 years of experience across every level of organizational life—from direct service to executive leadership—she brings bold insight, deep empathy, and a commitment to truth that helps leaders reconnect with themselves and lead with clarity.

This is My Story

I’m Brianna Miller, and I coach the human behind the leader.

With more than 25 years in the nonprofit sector, I’ve seen leadership from every angle. I’ve written multi-million-dollar government grants, led organizations through crisis and change, served as an interim CEO, coached executives, built infrastructure, and helped teams find their way forward when the path felt unclear. I’ve also answered phones, raised children on public assistance, sat in board rooms, and stood on stages. I’ve lived inside the systems I now help others navigate.

This work is personal to me. Because I know what it’s like to lead while holding everything—vision, responsibility, pressure, and isolation. I know the weight of being the one people turn to when the plan changes, the grant falls through, or the future gets murky. And I know how vital it is to have someone in your corner who sees you not just as a title, but as a whole human being.

I bring both lived experience and deep professional training to my practice. I’m currently completing my certification as an OME Coach through Ideal Coaching Global (ICG) and finishing ICG’s Advanced Team and Executive Coaching (ATEC) program. I hold a degree in Ontological Advancement and Development, with a minor in Industrial and Personnel Psychology. My work is grounded in decades of experience across DEI, trauma-informed leadership, fundraising, compliance, strategic planning, and board development. I understand the systems—and the souls—inside organizations.

Clients describe my coaching as bold, grounding, and raw. I name the unspoken. I ask the hard questions. I hold space that is curious, nonjudgmental, and deeply safe. I bring intensity when it’s needed, softness when it’s not, and presence throughout. I don’t water things down. I walk with you toward clarity—without apology.

Outside of On Paper LLC, I’m a writer, a creative, a mother of four, a homeschooler, and a proud grandmother to two tiny toy poodles named Gigi and Mr. Jimmy. I read constantly. I travel when I can. Life has stretched me, softened me, sharpened me—and I bring all of that into my work.

This work isn’t about fixing what’s broken.
It’s about becoming more fully who you already are.
