Institute for Wholeness & Identity

For those healing from harm and returning to their truest self.

This institute is a sanctuary for people unlearning erasure and reclaiming the parts of themselves that were never broken—but buried. It’s for those who’ve survived systems, silence, and self-abandonment, and are now ready to return to the truth of who they are.

Here, healing isn’t performative. It’s personal, cultural, and ancestral.
Identity isn’t a label—it’s a lineage.

And wholeness isn’t a goal—it’s a homecoming.

Our offerings support people navigating faith, trauma, cultural reclamation, racial complexity, and intergenerational repair. Whether you’re a parent, artist, young adult, organizer, or everyday person asking “Who am I now?”—this institute holds that question with care.

We work at the pace of healing.
We teach at the depth of memory.
We reflect to remember—and to rebuild.

The Possibility of You

Rebuild your identity after rupture, burnout, or disconnection.

The Possibility of You™ is a 12-week course for adults reclaiming identity through story, reflection, and creative expression.
Using The Possibility of Me as a guide, participants unpack trauma, culture, silence, and survival to name who they are now.

It’s built for helpers, healers, educators, and anyone ready to stop shrinking and start telling the truth.

Includes live sessions, journaling, and a final multimedia project—with an option to earn CEUs or academic credit.

This is more than healing. It’s authorship.

Rising Out Of Two Stories

ROOTS™ is a healing and identity program for bi-racial Black and white youth, emerging adults, and their caregivers navigating life between cultural worlds.

It supports the complexity of belonging, the ache of invisibility, and the beauty of holding two stories at once.

Participants explore identity through storytelling, reflection, art, and connection.

Offered in separate and shared tracks for youth (under 18), young adults (18–24), and caregivers.

ROOTS is where pride, language, and deep connection begin to grow—together.

Through storytelling, creativity, and conversation, participants build confidence, connection, and voice.

Offered in age-aligned tracks for preteens, teens, and young adults.

The MixTape is where rhythm, resistance, and radical belonging meet.

Rehumanizing the Badge™

For officers ready to lead with integrity, not performance.

Rehumanizing the Badge™ is a 19-module public safety transformation program rooted in trauma-informed care, racial equity, and ontological practice.

It invites officers, supervisors, and departments to shift from control to care, from performance to presence, and from harm to repair.

Through history, embodiment, community dialogue, and nervous system literacy, this training redefines what it means to serve with integrity.

Built for real change—not checkboxes—it’s for those willing to become worthy of the badge they wear.

This is not reform. This is transformation.
