This institute is for those navigating reentry, burnout, frontline supervision, workforce reinvention, or the long arc of surviving labor that never saw your full humanity. Whether you're coaching others, rebuilding your own path, or holding organizational power you’re trying not to replicate—we built this for you.

All programs use an ontological, mindful, and ecological lens—paired with practical tools, coaching, and strategy. Courses are offered in a mix of live, recorded, and hybrid formats to support different learning styles and schedules.
Credential Tracks
Each track includes two tiers. Tier I builds foundation + application. Tier II develops leadership + strategy. Both include coaching, capstones, and peer support.
